Julie Pendleton is a practicing attorney in the civil litigation department of McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter.

Julie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she double-majored in Journalism and Political Science. Subsequently, she received her J.D. from Campbell Law School with a concentration in trial advocacy. Julie served as a Student Bar Association representative for her law school class and was also a member of the National Trial Team. During her law school tenure, Julie interned for the workers' compensation department of Donaldson & Black, P.A., and participated in the third-year practice for law students, trying criminal cases in District Court for the Guilford County District Attorney's Office.

Julie's primary area of focus at McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter is family law. Julie is a zealous advocate for her clients and enjoys both counseling and litigating. Her caseload over the years has provided invaluable experience in handling issues of separation, divorce and other related matters such as custody and child support. Along the way, Julie has learned to manage client expectations and, at the same time, provide meaningful advice and counsel. Julie's mission is to protect and advise her clients as they go through life-changing experiences, and to do so with professionalism, integrity and compassion.

Since entering the field of law, Julie has been actively involved in her profession and the community. She currently teaches Parenting Under Two Roofs for Family Life Council and also serves in various projects with Junior League of Greensboro. She also enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with her family, including her husband, Blake and two dogs, Benji and Maggie.
